My a/c went out around 3AM. I'm 7 months pregnant and have a 17m old. I called before 8am and they were at my house and done by 8:40am. I know this doesn't happen everytime. But they made it a point to make me a priority bc of my circumstances. They were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very nice and educated me on the maintenance of my unit. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great HVAC company. Honest, responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. We had 2 other companies come out for estimates. North Texas Comfort was competitive on their pricing and did not push us to get a new unit like the other two. Everything went smoothly and they ensured that our unit was working well after making their repairs. They wore shoe coverings inside, laid down blankets to catch any debris, and even asked permission before parking in our driveway. I highly recommend them and they will be our go-to HVAC company anytime we have any issues.

I had another AC company that I've used for years tell me that my unit was full of mold (the worst they had ever seen) and that my entire unit needed to be replaced.
I called Noth Texas Comfort Heating and Air and spoke to Mark. I informed him of what was said, and ask to come out and give me another evaluation. Mark's findings were just the opposite of the other AC companies. My unit had no mold, just dirty coils.

Almost a year later, and I am still extremely happy with the job that Mark and his crew at North Texas Comfort did on my inside and out furnace/air conditioner installation. I ALWAYS do a lot of research before hiring, and after talking to a few companies, I was left disappointed in how they treated me (single woman) and told me things that did not add up to what I knew. A remodeler friend passed the owner's name (Paul) on to me, and I called. Paul put me in touch with Mark, who works for the company. Mark was totally upfront from the get go. EVERYTHING he said to me added up and he was very respectful. My electrician boyfriend and I were home during the install, and asked if we could watch. We did, and the job was topnotch all the way. (My boyfriend works in construction and said he thought they did an upstanding job.) They even did a few extras and went out of their way to show/explain to us what they were doing. Almost a year later, unit still is working great, and they have come back to do routine maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend North Texas Comfort to anyone, and would be glad to talk to you to convince you that they are a great company that stands by their excellent work. Ask them for my number! Dawn

Paul Padilla and his Assistant Mark Garcia were SUPER AWESOME. They were professional and honest and I would and will definitely refer them to anyone else who has A/C needs. There's lots of companies out there but choosing the right one and the one you trust to be working in your house is a totally different story. North Texas installed a new air conditioning system in our home. They showed up on time and spent the day making sure everything about the installation was done perfectly. Everything was explained as they worked and all questions were answered.

We have used them in the past for maintenance on our previous system and they always showed up quickly. They were very honest about any issue in the past and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need.

Their hard work, dependability, honesty, and fair pricing is why we chose North Texas Comfort for our new system. I feel at ease knowing we purchased a great system from a fantastic company that continues to support their customers long after the big purchases are made.

Mark was so attentive and thorough. He made sure to double check everything inside and out before concluding to any issues. We had just moved into a new home and so I wanted a check-up on my HVAC system and thankfully Mark discovered some tings the inspectors overlooked like melted electrical disconnect boxes on the outside of the house, yikes!
He also cleaned out my outside units that appeared to have been neglected for a long time and lots of dirt and other stuff stuck on the units.
Thankfully it was a simple fix with few parts needed locally so we were up and running before school was let out. I'm glad I had the system checked before the summer started and something worse could have happened. Thank you so much North Texas Comfort!

I did my research and got quotes from several different companies. They beat out my BEST quote by thousands because they did not try to upsell me on things I do not need or want. Mark got here within a couple hours of calling him. He found the problem immediately, fixed it and left with everything clean and clear. I will always call him for regular service and emergencies.

My air handler coil was leaking- they installed a new coil and recharged my refrigerant. Mark showed me a setting on my air handler that offers better humidity control. I also had them install a Dust Free Active Air Purifier for better indoor air quality. Super happy with their work, professionalism, and punctuality.

Having an A/C go out stinks. This company was able to really help us get comfortable again in many ways. First they were very responsive and were able to quickly diagnose the issue. They were very patient with us and gave us multiple options from a band aid approach to a whole new everything. You could tell the passion they have for what they do. I felt like they were talking to another family member and not selling us anything. We decided to go with a new unit. The price was very competitive. The whole team who did the install was extremely helpful. They put down tarps in the house so it was left spotless. They even helped me register the units for warranty. If you are looking for people you can trust who know what thy are doing at a reasonable price, this is your company.

Great Service! Paul Padilla was very knowledgable, friendly and quick to fix my A/C! It was over 100 degrees and he was hard at work and explained the issue very well where I understood completely!
